1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items purchased online.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or order number must be provided.

- 2. Non-Returnable Items
- Please note that all sales of consumable and personal items are final.
- Once a product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- 3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- 4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please note:

Shipping and delivery fees (including Uber or other courier services) are non-refundable.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
- 5. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges only for apparel or accessories if the size or color is incorrect.
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
- Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.
- 6. How to Start a Return
- Email whiteslonllc@gmail.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization Code and mailing instructions.
- Please do not send back items without approval — unauthorized returns may be refused.
- 7. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped.
- Once marked as “Out for Delivery,” orders can no longer be canceled.
- 8. Policy Updates
- Sako’s Smoke Hub reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
