Welcome to Sako’s Smoke Hub. We value your satisfaction and want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before completing your purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items purchased online.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or order number must be provided.
  • The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, or legal reasons

     

    • Tobacco, herbal, or vape products

    • Opened snacks, drinks, or edibles

    • Adult or intimate items

    • Used glassware (pipes, bongs, rigs, etc.)

    • Clearance or sale items

       


  • 2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Please note that all sales of consumable and personal items are final.
  • Once a product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • 3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • After review, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • 4. Refunds
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please note:
  • Shipping and delivery fees (including Uber or other courier services) are non-refundable.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.


  • 5. Exchanges
  • We offer exchanges only for apparel or accessories if the size or color is incorrect.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.

  • 6. How to Start a Return
  • Email  whiteslonllc@gmail.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization Code and mailing instructions.
  • Please do not send back items without approval — unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • 7. Cancellations
  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped.
  • Once marked as “Out for Delivery,” orders can no longer be canceled.

  • 8. Policy Updates
  • Sako’s Smoke Hub reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
  • Any changes will be reflected on this page.
