At Sako’s Smoke Hub, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely.

Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 7 PM may be processed the following day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped or marked for local delivery.

  • Orders containing restricted products (such as glass pipes or smoking accessories) may require age verification (21+) at checkout or upon delivery.


2. Local Delivery (Uber / Same-Day Service)

We offer same-day local delivery within our service area through Uber or other trusted couriers.

Delivery Terms:

  • Delivery is available daily, usually within 1–3 hours, depending on your location and driver availability.

  • Delivery is limited to addresses within 15 miles of Hollywood, CA 90028.

  • You must be 21+ years old to receive smoking-related items.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID must be shown upon delivery.

  • Couriers are not permitted to leave packages unattended.

  • If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, your order may be returned and subject to a redelivery fee.


3. Standard Shipping (Online Orders)

For customers outside our local delivery zone:

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and item type.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Please note: Certain products cannot be shipped to states or areas where they are restricted by law.

If we are unable to ship your item, we will contact you to arrange a refund or substitution.


4. Delivery Fees

  • Uber/local delivery: fees vary by distance and are shown at checkout.

  • Standard shipping: calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Promotional “Free Delivery” offers apply only when specified on our website.


5. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If the delivery driver cannot complete the delivery due to missing ID, age restrictions, or customer unavailability:

  • The order will be returned to the store.

  • A redelivery fee or restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier or courier, Sako’s Smoke Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure the delivery address is secure and accurate before checkout.


7. International Orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled within the United States only.
